Grant submissions are accepted until August 31, 2025.

As a health care provider or community agency in the northeast Nebraska area, you are invited to submit a grant application to be a recipient of funds raised by For the Girls, Inc.

​

For The Girls, Inc. is a local 501C (3) corporation established in 2013 to meet the medical, social, and educational needs of breast cancer patients and survivors. Since then, For the Girls has donated more than $1,000,000 for both breast cancer medical equipment and research and is extending this opportunity to health care providers and agencies to be a recipient of funds raised at the 2025 Miracles and Mammos fundraiser.

For the Girls, Inc. tends to grant requests related to the acquisition of medical equipment and supplies or to matters relating to the education of survivors. Typically grant applications are not approved for staff training or equipment maintenance.

 

All grant applications must be submitted online by August 31, 2025. Any questions about the work or history of For the Girls, as well as the grant application process, should be directed to Lori Williams at info@norfolkforthegirls.org or 402-750-3516.

A grant applicant may be invited to present further information to the Board of Directors of For the Girls, should there be any questions concerning the grant submission.

Grant recipients for 2025 will be notified of awards made by For the Girls on or before October 15, 2025. In addition, all grant recipients must provide supporting data and information concerning the expenditure of grant awards through progress reports.
